  2. set goal name Goal, Target Completion Times in a month, and the heat map color (default green) in Goals Plan & Check-in sheet
    1. goal name should be English
    2. otherwise, to use Chinese, change space to Full-width space in the functions
      1. Month Heatmap in Monthly Summary: "打卡目标".padEnd(6, "　")
      2. Goal Heatmap in Goals Plan & Check-in: Goal.substring(0, 6).padEnd(6, "　")
  3. if you forget check in and want to make up, just change Date in the Check-In Records sheet
  4. switch the database view to focus exclusively on the current month or to gain an overview of the entire year
